What we collect, why, and who else sees it.
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. If you create an account, we also store your order history. That is all we need to get a parcel to you.
We do not collect or store card or bank details, because no payment is processed on this website. Payments happen by cash on delivery or by you transferring directly to our account.
Your address and phone number go to the courier so they can deliver and call you. Your phone number is used on WhatsApp to confirm the order, send tracking, and handle returns. Your email is used for order confirmations.
Only our courier, and only the details needed for delivery. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
This site uses cookies to keep your cart and your login working. WooCommerce sets these automatically; there is no advertising or cross-site tracking.
You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, or to delete it, by messaging us on 0300 123 4567. We keep order records for accounting purposes, but we will remove everything else on request.
