What it costs, how long it takes, and how to track it.
Delivery is a flat Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan, regardless of how many items you order. The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Orders paid by cash on delivery are dispatched within 24 hours of being confirmed. Orders paid by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash are dispatched once we have seen the receipt — usually within a few hours during working hours.
After dispatch, allow 2–4 working days for major cities and a little longer for smaller towns. Stitched and made-to-order items take longer; the lead time is stated on the product page.
We send the courier tracking number on WhatsApp when your parcel is picked up. Your order status also updates in My Account: on hold means we are waiting on payment confirmation, processing means it is being packed, and completed means it has been dispatched.
Please keep the exact amount ready. Riders do not carry change, and a parcel that cannot be paid for is returned to us at our cost.
We currently ship within Pakistan only. If you want an order sent abroad, message us on 0300 123 4567 and we will quote the courier cost separately.
